Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel your purchase, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, send us a request through the Contact page with your order number before the deadline. We'll then give you the address to send the item to.

Return conditions

• The item must be returned within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling.
• It must be complete, with the remote, cable and original packaging, and free from damage caused by misuse.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.

Refund

We refund the amount paid, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait until we receive the item, or proof that it has been sent, before completing the refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If the item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. We'll send you a new item or refund the amount paid, at no cost to you.

Warranty

All items come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Portuguese law.
