Where we ship

We ship to mainland Portugal, the Azores, Madeira and the rest of the European Union.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on all orders to Portugal. For other countries, the cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times

• Processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery: usually 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

Our products ship from international partner warehouses, which keeps our prices low. During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas) delivery may take a little longer.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Orders with several items

Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Wrong address or undelivered order

Please check your address before completing your purchase. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us to arrange a new shipment.

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us through the Contact page and we'll sort it out.
